NON MEDICAL SERVICES
Great emphasis is placed on achieving a smooth and stress-free experience for our patients so that they need only concentrate on their recovery.
Our Customer Care service is organised to engage with patients and manage all the important issues involved in their stay, right through to the arrangements for discharge and departure from the hospital. The team is made up of, patient care personnel and administration staff.
We aim to meet the needs of all our patients. Visiting hours are between 6.30 am and 7.00 am and 6.00pm- 7.00pm
but we will be as flexible as possible. Food is prepared to meet special dietary requirements and visitors are catered for our Cafeteria on the top floor of the Annex. Visitors are not allowed to bring food from home for in-patients as the Hospital Kitchen is solely responsible for feeding in-patients
